How to Order Documents from DocsBase Canada
At DocsBase Canada, we make ordering documents simple and efficient. You have two options for submitting your documents:
1. By Mail/in person – If you require certified true copies of original documents, please send them to us via post or visit our office.
2. By Email – For standard or certified translations, you can email us scanned copies or clear photographs of your documents.
Regardless of the submission method, please include your contact details so we can confirm receipt of your documents.
Payment Methods
Once we receive your documents, we will send you an invoice based on your translation request. You can make payments through the following methods:
* Credit or Debit Cards
* PayPal
* Interac e-Transfer (email transfer)
After payment is received, we will confirm it and begin working on your translation immediately.
Receiving Your Translated Documents
Once your payment is processed, we will notify you that your translation is in progress and provide an estimated completion time. When the translation is finished, you have several options for receiving your documents:
* In-Person Pickup – If you require a certified translation, you can collect it from our office on the scheduled day.
* By Mail – We offer free postal delivery for certified translations.
* By Email – we can always send your certified translation electronically.
