How to Order

DocsBase Canada has a very simple and effective document–ordering procedure. For our first option, you can send us your documents by post, especially if you need those to be certified as true copies of the originals. As a second option, if you need straight-forward translation or certified translation, send us the scans or photographs or your documents by email. Please include your contact details no matter which way yousend the documents so that we can confirm once we have received them.

How to Pay

Once we have received the documents, we will send you an invoice for the translation requested. You can pay this invoice by credit card, through PayPal or by Interac-Transfer (email transfer). You will then get confirmation of payment, and we will start working on the translation as soon as we have received the payment.

How to receive

Once we have received the payment, we will send you confirmation that we started working on your project and will give you an exact deadline. We will also contact you when the translation is completed and, depending on what type of translation you require, you can either pick it up in the office on that day, or we can send it by post free of charge. We can also email the translation if you do not need any certification.
